I wish that UZH will always provide the conditions to fully support research — fostering creativity, granting freedom and space, and encouraging engagement and passion. I wish for an environment that nurtures scientific excellence, promotes collaboration across disciplines, embraces diversity and inclusion, and safeguards mental health, ensuring that researchers can pursue ambitious goals and push the boundaries of knowledge without risking exhaustion. I hope for a UZH that empowers both students and researchers to explore, innovate, and contribute to society.
