Mein Werdegang
Grid containing content elements
I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Bologna in 2007. I obtained my PhD in 2012 at the Clinical Laboratory, Vetsuisse Faculty, UZH focusing on infectious agents, and subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship on feline and canine leukemias, supported by a Swiss National Science Foundation grant. In 2017, I completed a conforming European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP) residency program and successfully passed the examination on the first attempt, becoming the first ECVCP Diplomate from the Vetsuisse Faculty. Today, I am proud to call the Clinical Laboratory at the Vetsuisse Faculty my professional home. My heart will always belong to UZH, where I have found my place and continue to grow as a clinical pathologist and researcher.
